Since 1993, we have offered experience and expertise in the multi-family and adult-living sector, Har-Par has a strong track record that includes a wide range of rental properties that range from Apartment Living, with bachelor to three bedroom units, to Townhome Living with two to four bedroom units. Some of these properties are family oriented, adult-only communities, pet-free and some smoke-free environment. We pride ourselves in offering a diverse community to meet the needs of society.
